Lunch - spinach wrap with lettuce, tomato, avo, sprouts, onion, jalapeño, and an orange on the side. Had a banana for breakfast! Looks like I’m back to the mostly fruits and veggies diet before WIRAs…I messed up big time with all of those cookies and pop chips.
