Getting that quad pump going on! Rowing every day works wonders for them. And zipped up sweaters make me look pregnant hahahaha.
First progress shot since the beginning of summer! 124.6 and still strong. Happy medium and at that I’d still make lightweights (barely)! 😆 Can’t wait to start hitting the weights again when school starts a week from now.
From Sunday, but really this was the best post-workout meal I could have had when I needed to drive in a car for four hours afterward. I’m not too sore from the row, though my lack of food after being in and/or at the edge of the pit all night at the show made my arms especially sore later that night. Anyways, first time having a PowerBar and I actually liked it.
McDonalds $1 yogurt and berry parfait for breakfast because I was craving fruit and am super broke.
Chicken with hot sauce and some mozzarella cheese for lunch.
Starting to think I could live a lot cheaper if I just keep eating like this. I eat maybe $7 worth of food a day, so approximately $50 a week, and $200 a month. This month has been even cheaper because I’ve only been eating what I already had in dry goods and the freezer (and it’s all still been relatively healthy)!
